• Robert Bosch Tool Corporation ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all BOSCH portable and benchtop power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Service Station. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete portable or benchtop power tool product, transportation prepaid, to any BOSCH Factory Service Center or Authorized Service Station. For Authorized BOSCH Power Tool Service Stations, please refer to your phone directory.

• THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORY ITEMS SUCH AS CIRCULAR SAW BLADES, DRILL BITS, ROUTER BITS, JIGSAW BLADES, SANDING BELTS, GRINDING WHEELS AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS.

• ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES IN THE U.S. , SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Bosch will support up-time and performance of all eligible tools in the PROVANTAGE™ program for three years from the original purchase date.

Cordless Tools
Tool Replacement Guarantee - First Year
Cordless Tool customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program can exchange their Bosch tool during the first year of ownership for a replacement tool for any reason (except abuse, non-intended use or normal wear.)
Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.

Corded Tools
Tool Replacement Guarantee - 90 Days
Corded Tool customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program can exchange their Bosch tool during the first 90 days of ownership for a replacement tool for any reason (except abuse, non-intended use or normal wear.)
Free Tool Repair Pledge - Remainder of the 3-Year Period
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool for the remainder of the 3-year period of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.

18-Month Battery Life Guarantee

Cordless Tools
First 12 Months
For every cordless tool purchased, the PROVANTAGE™ member is eligible to receive one battery replacement in exchange for each battery included that does not meet Bosch performance standards.
Next 6 Months
If the original battery does not meet Bosch performance standards during these months, the PROVANTAGE™ member can purchase a new battery at a 50% discount.

One-Call Resolution Hotline

A toll-free hotline is available exclusive for PROVANTAGE™ members, allowing them to call Bosch for any assistance in solving tool performance or service needs. Registered members will be offered options to solve their problems that will be implemented as a result of the call: tool replacement, parts or repairs.

The resolution hotline is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

LIMITED WARRANTY OF SKIL BENCHTOP TOOLS

S-B Power Tool Company ("Seller") warrants, to the original purchaser only, that all SKIL Benchtop Tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase to:

• Two years for models 3333, 3370, 3380, 3395, 3396, 3400 if the tool is used for personal, family or household use;
• One year for models HD3580, HD3640, HD3698, 3810, HD3812, HD3824, if the tool is used for personal, family or household use;
• Ninety days for all SKIL Benchtop models, if the tool is used for professional use;

SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Factory Service Station. The complete tool must be returned, transportation prepaid, to any SKIL Factory Service Center or Authorized Service Station. RotoZip, a division of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation warranties for one year, from the date of purchase, all RotoZip by Bosch tools which do not perform satisfactorily due to defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Our obligation assumed under this warranty is limited to the replacement of your tool with a RotoZip by Bosch reconditioned tool of the same model as long as your tool is defective and has not been misused, carelessly handled, or defaced by repairs made or attempted by others. This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty applies only to RotoZip by Bosch tools sold within the United States of America, Canada, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
