“I ordered a factory reconditioned hammer drill online from CPO Bosch. I liked their website because it was very clearly laidout, easy to navigate and very clearly described the tools. The prices were excellent PLUS they offered factory reconditioned tools at even lower prices. My hammer drill arrived promptly and was exactly as described. In reading the directions I discovered that I made a mistake and ordered too small a hammer drill for the job I was doing. It was my mistake. The drill was clearly described on the website and I simply forgot how big a hole I needed to drill. I called customer service and was given a Return Merchandise Authorization by a friendly and knowledgeable representative. I was able to return the item and promptly received an e-mail telling me it was received and that my refund was credited to my bank account.
